UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE

A day before a midweek public holiday, our photostat machine broke down during an urgent run of "board packs" for our Board of directors.By 4pm it was apparent that our photostat machine repair agents were unable to repair our machine as they needed a spare part. At 4:15 i called The Treehouse printers to explain my predicament and ask for assistance in copying the remainder of my packs.

Although all the staff at his formidable factory printing shop had been let go early prior to the holiday, Willem undertook to remain at the premises and complete the job for me. This was a fly in the eye job for a printing factory like The Treehouse with the final invoiced amount only coming to R560.00!!

Yet - not only did he stay open for me, and complete the job for me personally (his staff had already left) he was sypathetic to my predicament and unbelievably accomodating - i was left with a profound respect for his ethos of customer service, satisfaction and professionalilsm.

I can only tell all people and companies - that should they EVER require any printing, mailing distribution of media or bulk copying look no further then The Treehouse for exceptional customer service and pricing!
