Where do i start?

Incredible screen printers were asked to come out and do a repair for us as our screen-printing oven was broken and the element needed to be fixed, as we have not heard from him we called him to find out what is his story regarding our part as it has been a 3 week delay on this part. He avoided our calls firstly and once called on a other line he unprofessionally told us to go our selves". As this is a business who rely on there clients personally we feel that it is of utmost misconduct for a OWNER to swear at their clients like that.
I hope that this company will learn some respect as clients will simply just ignore the fact that they even exist.
