Failing to cancel contract

I was buying iPhone 13 2 deals with contract, from HiFi Corp Vodacom had special. The cashier told me that Vodacom give them a problem. She convinced me to take MTN and do the calculations because I wanted two iPhone 13. We applied for contract, approved. When they have to give me phones, manager discover the mistake. They changed us less. They said they going to solve it by tomorrow will be ready to collect. From 31 January they fail to solve it, today is 13 March. They say they are failing to cancel the contract from MTN. They don't communicate with me. I can't even go to other shop because I still have that contract. They don't notify me about what is going on. Last time I went to MTN and ask by self what is the problem of the contract, they say the manager from HiFi Corp locked it. Same manager from HiFi Corp can't help us. I went to HiFi Corp again to get clarity. Manager and the cashier fail to make me understand. They don't communicate at all. They push blames to nonexistent people, people I don't know and never met.

They must find the way to cancel it. The big issue here they don't attend our case or pay attention to it.
