Weave cell sold me a mobile phone package, this month they took 3 payments from my account, up to today I have not receive my airtime as per contract.
I have called them 33 times and left 33 messages at all their extensions for the last 5 days with no response.
The only department that pick up their phones is sales, but they cant help.
I want them to call me and sort this out. It is so strange that sales pick up but support does not.
They good in selling but support does not exist.
