I had a Deluxe Lagoon pedicure and fish nibble booked for two people on Saturday, 27th April at 2.30pm.
My partner and I entered the 'Spa' and were not greeted by anyone. Stood around for a few minutes before any of your 'ladies' assisted us. Without greeting, they demanded a groupon voucher. I then handed it to them and they told us to sit down. No smile on their face. What a total let down. I was sooo looking forward to this treatment and so was my partner who by the way, was his first time to have a pedicure done. If I had not paid for this voucher via groupon I would have left immediately.
The ladies spoke to us and treated us like we were in the way. It felt like they were doing us a favour instead of us actually PAYING for this terrible treatment.
This was the first time visiting your establishment, at least talk us through the process instead of mumbling and pointing!!
My French Paint Pedicure looked like skew tippex lines with a neon pink coat. These ladies were doing our feet & having a fat gossiping session. Even swearing.
Caroline, you should hire new staff that are trained & that want to work. Or just close down.
