EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP

I have serviced and repaired my Golf 5 1.9TDI at the Bosch Zenex from 2011- 2013
Bad experience :
1.First Service -Head lights need adjusting they didn't so I took it back 2011/10/07
2.Emmission Workshop light -They Said it was the timing valve 2011/10/07
3.Change the Rear Brake light bulb-They lost the original 2011/10/28
4.Emmission Workshop light still remained on-after service and check 2012/08/02
5.Centeral locking not working - They repaired but the emission workshop light continued 2012/08/28
6.Clutch Replace etc- Took the car in for a two week duration until Senior Bosch technician resolved the issue 2013/02/15
7.Control Arm Bushes replaced -Took it in the day after repair because of a faulty noise emission workshop 2013/02/27
8.Purchase EGR value from McCa
