Unknown debit order!!!

I was surprised to have been debited R399 for something I don't know about. If I am not refunded within the next 24 hours I am going to make sure that this company closes down seeing as though their call center number does not work. This is so inconvenient and unfair as I had budgeted on this money and now some crazy debit goes off. You guys better do best and don't tell me you are collecting on behalf of some people I don't know because I don't owe anybody anything!!!
