STRATCOL UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

This compony has been debitig my account for so many years now. when i stop the debit order with the bank they come back and debit after 2 months or so. Apparently it renders a service to companies making collecting their fees, subsciptions ect. That is not true their business is to make unatherised debit orders. I WANT ALL MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED
