Can't keep promises, then resort to bad attitude

On 11 April I requested Joe from Fulrace Engineering to make a shaft for me. He told me to return on 16 April to collect. On 16th he said it would only be ready on 17th but on 17th, he said to return again on 19th on 19th I went back and he told me to come back on 23rd. I responded that I was not happy with his constant promises that he does not keep. He then became very abrupt and defensive, then said that I was not his only customer. His boss, Tyrone overheard and the enquired what was happening. I explained and Boss Tyrone responded with the worst attitude ever, shouting and saying that if I cant wait, he has no problem to cancel my job. I asked him not to raise his voice when speaking to me. Joe then promised that he would have my job done on 23rd and that he would phone me. 23rd had come and gone, but no call and I still do not have my item.
