Bid on camera already paid now I am a member

My username is PU_98548ff9f. I bid on a Canon camera and the bid was close on me for R86-00 the amount was debited om my credit card account. But 7 days later another amount of R487-00 was also debited on my account I phone the and that was for "membership fee" which you automatically agree to when you agree to terms and conditions. Which was not my idea. I haven't receive the camera they still need me to complete paperwork although they already got my adres and payment. Please help!!
