I've been reporting the electricity fault since Friday 19 April 2013 till today and still nothing happened. They keep giving me reference numbers for follow-up of which I do follow-up but with no luck, and after that they'll send me an sms saying that the power has returned but its still no back yet... its either the field workers are reporting the false information or service is just poor all together. please help as I'm without electricity for 6 days in counting. The Eskom reference numbers: (93494975, 93487987, 93463757, 93317453), and my meter number is 07029260713.
