Wesbank want to reposes car due to legal fees

A single African mother owing a house & a car but due to health problems in the family I had financial challenges. As an African if you work you support the others. In June 2012 contacted Wesbank to state situation to make arrangements but was not listened to by N Moodley, K Gabriel, N Subashnee, BRiley CEO was emailed. They demanded entire arrear amount, threaten to repossess my car. Paid most of my arrears off but was informed that the attorney cost is owed now which is double amount still owed. Wesbank went ahead with legal action even though I paid and contacted them regularly. Wesbank not interested to assist me but just wanted money and threatened with legal actions. Only got breakdown of fees on 3.06.13 when I called them & was shocked to see that there were fees for sheriff of the court that "tried to issue a summon" which I did not get or the field agent from Westbank who claims the following: Our field agent visited you on 28 June 2012, you refused to surrender the vehicle to him and he explained that we would need to proceed with a court order" he was never at my house or work and Westbank cannot proof it either. They want to reposes car for legal fees. Poorly treated.
