Pricing and Bad Attitude

On Saturday my boyfriend, myself and my cousin walked in Platinum Liqiour on the entrace they advitised a special prices on RICHIEUL FOR THE PRICE OF R92.95 ON SEALED BOXES. My cousin appraoch the cahier and asked her and rude manner she replyed I qoute " ARE U STUPID USE YOUR COMMONSENSE THIS WAS FAULT FROM THE SUPPLIER EVEN THE SMALL BOTTLES DONT CAUSED THAT MUCH" In my mind I 'm asking my self that how can these lady tals to my cousin that way and if the faulty from the supplier why do they still have the prices. When my boygfriend approches her with the same attitude she repied the same. i dont care who mistake was but she does not have rights to talk to us in that way and i hav e the right to pay that price. The security guy came to apologies and oder the other guys to remove the price . i WANT MANAGEMENTY AND THE SUPPLIER TO RESEOLVE THIS MATTER. i ALSO WANT TO KNOW IF MANAGEMENT HOW DO THEY LET STAFF SPEAK TO CUSTOMER IN THAT MANNER.
