Lost parcel - no feedback, another parcel lost

I used the post office to send a parcel in october reported it in december and till today have not received feedback for my item posted normal post tght worth 369!

Now last thursday I was at the post office at 8:30 in laudium again and posted another parcel, and ever since then its sitting at tshwane hub. I am afraid its going to be lost in transit Again!!!

The new tracking no is pe799077545za and if you contact me I will give you details of my other lost parcel.

Is this just not terrible service.
