Payment one day late? Harassment, threats and rude

After our move to an appartment Electrosat came on Saturday April 6 to hook up our DSTV. That evening we found out that half our channels were missing. An second line and LNB should have also been installed. Monday I made a second appointment for Tuesday, didn't pitch, for Wednesday, didn't pitch and finally for Saturday. Everything was done then. As existing clients we had always paid in the past by EFT within a few days, not a problem. On Monday I was called 4 times at work (teacher), and at 18:15 the installer was at my front door. If I didn't pay NOW, his boss ordered him to take down the connection. I called his boss, Hupner, who told me my account was TWO WEEKS overdue and hung up on me. The installer said Hupner would take the money out of his salary if I didn't pay so he would take the connection. Eventually he left (not paid, still connected). Tuesday I was called 5 times during lessons. I called back: lady in accounts said the police were ready to come get the cables! I think these actions contravene the CPA, are against labour laws and show that Mr Hupner is rude and a bully to his employees. Complaint has been lodged with Multichoice about their 'accredited' installe
