My fiance and I were most dissatisfied with the service we received from the staff of bride&co/eurosuit canal walk who seem to judge customers based on their perceived impressions of them. Firstly, there were staff who did not care to assist us or even greet us as we walked around. At eurosuit upstairs a male staff member approached offering his assistance. It was a pleasant surprise to finally be acknowledged, but unfortunately this did not last, our wedding is in 10 months and he mockingly told us that we should not be browsing now because the date is far off, he actually walked away from us thereafter. If it is problematic for your staff to entertain newly engaged couples who are excited to begin planning then please do put up a notice on your door in future, so that we do not walk in for a free ridicule by staff and save ourselves the mood damper. Is there perhaps a regulation which does not allow us to purchase a wedding dress or a suit 10 months prior to our wedding? professionals rely on 22 days leave per year to maximise on, not that we owe any explanation. I emailed both companies complaining and have not received any response at all.
