Worst service eve

I went to Gearlocks 2000 to get a Roll-bar for my ford ranger, when I went to collect my Vehicle I noticed that the roll-bar was setting on the very edges of the back, and that it was mounted onto the sides, they assured me that it was the only type of roll-bar for that model but I have seen none of the rangers with that rubbish on, all the roll-bar fit perfectly in the bakkies but mine doesn't, I also noticed that one of the screws were loose on the roll-bar so I went back that they can fix it but only to realize that stuck it back with a type of press-tick, I have tried contacting them but they keep promising that the manager will phone back its been more than 2 months, worst service ever I do not recommend them at all, rather spend the extra cash and let your vehicles agent install it, at least then you know what service youl get.
