Bad service, bad attitude and no response

I drive a 2013 Mazda 5 and the latest in a long list of issues I have had with Mazda is that the windscreen cracked and the glass company that was appointed by my insurance company said that there is an 8-12 week waiting list for a new one. I phoned another glass company and they said that they can fit a 2012 windscreen so I emailed my salesman to check whether this is correct as I cannot let them change it and it doesn't fit then I don't have a car for 2 - 3 months and 2 weeks later he still hasn't responded. Yesterday I phoned the dealership and spoke to someone in parts and he wouldn't explain anything to me until I gave him the vin no so eventually I pulled over to read it to him and he put the phone down on me. I phoned straight back and asked for the parts manager who was on a call so I left all my details (including the vin number) and he still has not returned my call, more than 24 hours later!!!
