Old Roll & Dry Coldslaw

To Whom it may concern

I went to Kfc to purchase a one piece chicken a roll and a coldslaw. I'm not from area at all so make no mistake it is pointless to drive back there and complain for a 22 rand meal. Apon my return home I found that a roll was old and the coldslaw (the only reason why I enjoy kfc) was extremly dry! This is not what I'm expecting from a franchise. Please ensure that this never happens again because this is how you will loose loyal clients.
