Car Body Sandblasting Botched

A car body was sent to them for cleaning of old paint/rust, etc. The body was fairly sound, with a few rust spots and old repairs. The quote was for R1800.00 R450.00, excl. This was for a complete removal of all old paint, cleaning of rust spots, spraypainting after cleaning. The body was returned with multiple dents, some parts have had to be scrapped as they are now unrecoverable. The grit used was too course and this damaged the steelwork. The paint was supplied by me and was applied by them without even cleaning the dust created by the blasting. The job was not fully completed as requested and quoted, however it was cheaper than the initial quote (R2180.80 incl.). In other words they have done more damage and caused more cost to me than was ever anticipated. I have not yet received any communications from them regarding a e-mail I sent to them. I do not recommend Ranburg Sandblasting for any jobs that require specialist attention.
