Poor client assistance & product quality interest

Purchased New Steed 5 DBL cab just short of 6 months ago.
Business client advised that they had rust spots on purchase of his vehicle and was to investigate mine.
Reported Rust spots under bonnet and found many more all over body during dealer's assessment as of recent.
Warranty claim is currently approved but job takes two weeks to complete as per panel beater of dealer.
I only have one vehicle and income which is dependent on this vehicle and the dealer is not willing to assist in anyway with a loan or demo vehicle.
Dealer seems fine with my inconvenience allowing them not to have to do the claim and advise that after 21 days from the approval i wont be able to claim ever again for this.
Dealer doesn't seem bothered either that their product under 6 months old has rust spots all over and says GWM doesn't have any loan vehicles available to warranty claim clients.
Could be a good company in the market but rather disappointing on their attitude toward their clients.
I suppose you get what you pay for... well seems to be the attitude of the GWM dealer in Pinetown.
