Shocking service and attidute

Ever wondered why health care workers leave this country to rather go and work somewhere else? One of the main reasons is the absolute useless and rigid attitude and rules that we as health care workers receive and get submitted to from the HPCSA.
I left the radiography profession in 1989 now I would like to go back to radiography and provide a much needed service, I get told that I need to pay R905.00 to be restored, after doing all the necessary I get told that I need to pay PENALTIES in excess of R12000.00, as I cannot proof that in 1989 I requested to be removed from the roll. So 24 YEARS later I am R905.00 poorer and get told that they will NOT refund my money... go figure.
