4 years of talking and still nobody listens!!!

I have written, faxed, emailed, spoken on the phone with SABC and their debt collector Nu Debt for just over 4 years now. When we moved from Jhb - Kzn we sold our TV and asked them to pls NOT bill us again. We went to a police station and signed an affidavit stating we no longer own a TV. I faxed that to the call centre agent at the time. I have spoken to so many now I haven't kept track of names. I even invited her to send someone out to inspect the property and to get them to confirm that there's no TV. Needless to say nothing has happened since then other than my bill now sitting at R1450.00
I get a weekly sms threatening me. The sad thing is that my husband's laptop was a few months ago and all the emails was on that laptop. So our proof that we haven't just ignored them has gone with the. However, all our recorded conversations over the last few years should still be on record, that is if they will take the time to find those.
