The lady said, as part of our 3 month warranty they will be coming to check if the problem is still kept. they made an appointment and missed it. she said this is free. even if there was an unbarable infestation, no one quoted us and we did not say yes to anything. John, the controller knows that!!! there was no quote, there was no request and stop diverting attention to how you gained access to the property. we agreed that you're coming in to inspect the property. the person who opened for you knew nothing about what you came there to do and the John knew that coz I told him that my neighbor will open since he failed to pitch for the orginal appointment and had to postpone. you can send me that card you're talking about. no wait you've already done that and it says, check; quote and if client agrees then do of which none of those areas are ticked!!! bcoz you did not follow your own procedure. yo're forget that when your office lady was in pnic she even begged us to pay half of the money bcoz she gave people the incorrect instructions and told me something else. and now has the nerve to say im trying to run from my responsibilities. we did not contact u. if we had a problem we wo
