SABC IS WANTING MONEY I DON'T OWE THEM

About three years ago I was contacted by SABC after having sold a TV to someone 15 years ago, the person wrote a letter stating they took over the TV from me, I still had to pay the outstanding monies, I did this and was informed by the person working for SABC that everything was in order, a month ago after three years, I get contacted again, being told I owe R1 300.00 because I haven't paid my Licence for two years? I informed them that I didn't have the TV anymore and everything was cleared up three years ago, they are very insistant and very confident of themselves, they will not hear anything you have to tell them, just constantly asking the question, when are you going to make a payment arrangement. What does one do as it's unfair to have to pay money you are not supposed to?
