Owner's attitude & overcharging

I visited the Aberdeens branch in order to purchase a bed. I questioned the sales lady to ascertain if I could load it into my vehicle. The owner piped in that it will not fit and then I am going to complain about damages! I would have used his delivery, but they are overcharging (R140) for a distance of 2km's and not prepared to negotiate
