Not getting my package on time

I waiting on my package from cape town. that is sitting the KDP HUB from the 28th march. the progress was good till i got the KDP HUB. when i call the SAPO call center on the Friday the 5th April lady informed me that my package is at the the Weltevredenpark branch from the 2 April. i when to the Weltevredenpark branch to be told they have not got any thing on there books for my package. so it now a back a forth game with the center and the ladies at the Weltevredenpark branch till where the package is. i like to know when i will be getting my package. and pleasae do not came up with some BS excuse that the people are on strike still. as it toke 5 day for the package to come from cape town to KDP. where now it sitting.
