Waiting a month for a bank-bag size package

My parcel was booked into the hub on the 12th of Feb. Today is 11 March, that is almost a month. According to various sources mail sorting starting last week already and continued over the weekend. So if the strike ended why has my package not been delivered to the local branch. Surely someone with a brain would've starting sending out the mail which came in first and sent it out first, probably not the incompetent people at SAPO. I have a package from Japan (RI tracking nr) as well as one from the cape (TA tracking nr). Local branch told me TA numbers are being received but nothing else (international registered mail) My question is why did i pay almost 100% of my product price for postage if my package will be left at the bottom of the pack till eventually you reach it and then only send it out.
SAPO should change their slogan to say "WE DONT DELIVER, WHATEVER IT TAKES". From my last report on here i have sent an email to the address given stating my tracking number to which i was assured its been escalated... but not delivered.
I will never ever support SAPO ever again, please see this report on your facebook page as well and i will continue posting till i receive it.
