Pathetic customer service - refund delay

I switched over from Eskom post-paid to pre-paid on March 22nd which was the effective date. On April 9th, Eskom had all requisite documents to process my refund which i promptly paid when i applied for my service. I was promised it would take between 7-14 days (which is in my view a ridiculous turnaround for a supposedly well run and efficient institution) and besides why should they benefit from interest at my expense?

Nonetheless needless to say, after numerous calls at my expsne to to them - my money is still not refunded.

This is just NOT ayoba ESKOM - your service! 20 working days and counting! PATHETIC
