Incompetance: Abusive service and over billing

I cannot express myself, this is annoying as Daisy did not do a follow up and making sure she communicate the payment arrangement with the relevant people within your company at Impact meter. My electricity was cut off.

on the 19/09/2013 i spoke to France, Daisy's manager who is so incompetent instead of listening to me he decided to drop the phone on my ear. What kind of Manager is that, with my frustration because I was out of the country I then paid on the 20/09/2013 an amount of R1300 and I once again paid R1780 on 01/10/2013 and today I've received an sms notifying me of R350.00 that is outstanding, i also paid that this morning date 09/10/2013 and again now I'm receiving an invoice saying that I owe this kind of money R4000 which I don't know where is it coming from.

This is not acceptable behavior and I need this to be fixed now. You are victimizing my rights as a tenant and I do not appreciate the abusive behavior from Impact meter where incompetent managers are dropping the phone on my ear when I need clarity and solution for my account and also on mistakes done by them. I feel there is no one who is fixing anything there you r just sending statements. I need answers
