Earthzone ripping off sectional titles

I live in a sectional title house in a complex in Soweto called Protea Glen Estate which is managed by Earthzone body corporates of which they have selected certain individuals who live in the complex to represent us with any issues concerning the complex. Earthzone manages our entire complexs electricity and water accounts... how they calculate it is still a mystery as month in and month out our accounts are sky high theres no transparency from them when you question the electricity issue they (Phyllis Van Rooyen earthzones office manager) refers you Eskom but refuses to give us the account number says it is confidential so question??? How does one then get to query an account with Eskom without an account number..hence my account was in arrears. On Wednesday my electricity was cut-off without my knowledge or even notification, yes granted my account was in arrears at the time. I emailed earthzones' credit controller Taryn Wentzel to query this her response to me was that the decision to cut off electricity and/or water was taken by the Trustees. The next day i called Earthzone and spoke to Daniel Scholtz, Taryn Wentzel and Phyllis Van Rooyen to query this but they were all rude
