SA Post Office
Problems with delivery

Guys, you my last hope. My parents sent us a present for houseworming from the Ukraine (curtains) and now SA Post demands from us an invoice, but my parents do not have it anymore. Last time we had problem that the Post has sent the parcel to the customs by mistake and no invoice has been asked (present for an infant) and not all of a sudden they need an invoice. I am tired that all the time we use Post office we are to go through all the trouble and explanation, I feel that it is kind of descrimination against me, the foreigners all the time there is hastle whith easy things.
