BURNED BY SANDWICH TOASTER

A friend bought me a Russel Hobbs sandwich toaster a few months ago.
I have tried to complain to Home of Living Brands but have had no response.
The top metal toasting plate falls forward when the toaster is hot and does not stay clipped op.
So I tried to put it back but got burned in the process.

The toaster is a very bad design because it makes very flat toasted sandwiches - I'm only doing cheese and tomato!

I don't want the thing any longer as it has taken all the pleasure out of my toasties!
