Poor follow up on a query from Avon's side

This is a follow up on the query regarding an that I requested to be reversed and have money reimbursed to my Avon account. I made other orders while expecting that the amount wold have been reimbursed to the account as I had finally changed from being reimbursed directly to my bank account. Nothing has happened as I now owe Avon everytime I make some orders. I hoped this would have been solved by now. I called on Tuesday 02 April 2013 checking about this request and again I was told a call was again logged to have the post office service to trace my box from Elsburg Post Office, I mean I am now confused, how long does it take to trace a box that has a tracking number and to be precise TW600512743ZA. We are in the 4th month already still querying just one problem, which I feel that from the Avon's side there is no follow up. Again today (04 April 2013) I called credit control where I spoke to an eagerly helpful agent and she had no answers as we spoke through what she could see from her side. She only could tell me that the last person I spoke to (Veronic/k) was not in. How long will this take really - their number is 0102055010. I am happy with recent orders I made.
