Avon Justine just don't deliver and they are bad for business for the following reasons:
Never release orders in time
Never delivers orders on time, even though there is a mail plan
Always have shorted items
Incorrect amounts due for payment
Never send my incentives, I have to call each month to request them and it will only be sent with the next order delivery
Fast & Furious is nothing what their name says
Due to late deliveries and shorted items customers cancel orders
Helpdesk and Credit Control never come back to you regarding feedback on a matter, you are always the one to contact them
When calling for assistance you hold for over 30 min and more
There is no escalation process
There is never a higher authority in charge
Avon Justine works on an e-mailing system which still results into uncertainty

How is one suppose run Avon Justine as a business???

Each month I am hurt, disappointed feel like a failure as customers just don't believe in me.
