Since 26/2/2013 I requested Avon the credit department so assist me with a query on my account. Last year 2012 I was placed in correctly on the credit buro by the company they hired to do the accounts for my CREDIT limit at Avon. Since the 26/2/2013 I followed up and spoken to he credit department that admitted that this was an error on their side. I can not apply for any credit as I am listed at the credit buro. Since 26/2/2013 I send email and phoned, left messages with no reaction to Kuban Naidoo and the credit department at 010 205 5224 / 5000. Avon do not even come back to me to say they are busy with my query.
Can some one please assist me in this regards as I am busy buying a house and are this impacting negative on my application
