Re-cycle joke!!

With much fanfare Pikitup delivered two plastic bags for plastic/bottles/tins and one woven plastic bag for paper, with instructions about how important re-cycling is and what to do, when to put stuff out for collection etc. First week everything was collected but only one plastic bag received back i.e. no bag for paper. Next week everything collected and two ordinary plastic bags received with instructions that one is to be used for paper (question- what happened to the proper bag for paper that had been issued?).
Third week NO collection.
So it takes just three weeks from system implementation to system failure. Well done Pikitup - you have again lived up to expectations!!
