Does anyone work at the Post Office call center?!!!

All i hear is "Thank you for your patience but all our agents are still busy" after being on hold for 30 minutes!!!
All I want is my parcel, is that so hard seeing as though I paid a hefty sum of money for this.
My tracking number is tc pe 777 952 863 za with the order to be delivered to my Postnet Box.

The fact that not many complaints on hellopeter have been answered to just for this company alone shows what kind of a pathetic service that SAPO renders!!!
