Initially this report was meant to be a complaint but due to the one employee whom I feel redeemed SAPO's name and reputation in my books, it has turned into a compliment and a message of thanks. I bought a birthday gift for a friend of mine whose birthday was on 8 May from a company in Cape Town. The company didn't help matters either by dispatching my parcel a whole month later after I queried their service. Anyway, according the SAPO tracking system my parcel was since dispatched from Bergvliet on 7 June but to date (24 June) I had not received it. I called the SAPO customer care line which referred me to some rude lady at some branch in Nelspruit who after failing to give me proper feedback gave me the number of another branch in Nelspruit. I spoke to several employees there and still received no joy. Eventually a guy by the name of Moses who seemed to be as confused as I was regarding the tracking of my parcel did all he could to help, promised me feedback and actually followed the matter up so promptly and to my satisfaction he informed me that my parcel had been delivered to the Hatfield post office. Keep up the good work!
