This is the second report I am writing about the non/late delivery of my parcel which was posted on the 24 March 2013. On the 31 March it was still in transit in the Krugersdorp Hub. I phoned the Krugersdorp Hub and no one could assist me. I sent my tracking number to the customer services email address, to which I received no response, let alone an acknowledgment of receipt. I am battling to understand what kind of people work for the post office and what kind of organisation the post office is. Customers get treated like trash at the post office!!! I have never seen such a thing. JUst look at the amount of complaints about SAPO on this forum? To show that no one really cares or is committed to turning the situation around, the number of complaints just keeps on escalating. Where have people's consciences gone to? *Shocked for days*
