Custom ordered tutu's

I've requested a quote from Baby Lace regarding to "tinkerbell fairy tutu's", Cindy from baby lace responded nearly immidately and requested the full payment before she can start with my order. Payment was made in early February 2013. She contacted me in March stating that the tutu's are done, but cannot post them due to the postal service's strike. Up until today I have not heard of Cindy again. She does not answer to any of my phone call, e-mails or sms messages. I'm very disappointed in her service.
