Terrible... or rather No Service

I wanted to purchase window sox for my car, luckily I first made sure that the size will be correct. As it didn't fit my car, the sales guy advised that I can place an order by the teller and that they can custom make one for my car. When I approached the teller, she gave me a thick book, that's not even in alphabetical order and advised that I must go thru the book and look for my car??? I've asked the manager if they request this from all their clients and she responded rudely and said yes, that I have to look for it myself? I was very dissapointed in Baby City. If I need to order something from a chemist, they don't give me their books to go thru it and tell them what I want? So why does Baby City expect their customers to go thru the books? Surely I could have just given the name of the vehicle and they could have ordered it? I am... used to be a big fan of Baby City as my baby is only 3 months old. But in future I will rather support another retail shop where I can get the proper service that I deserve!
