Iffeld shoe lace / no response of ref#

Bought Tomy Takkies (black and pink) on 18 Oct in less than 1 month shoe lace started riffeling store refuse to exchange /replace shoe lace by 18 nov. Filed a complaint with head office, was just so unhelpful requested takkies to go to quality control for another 3 weeks. Customer service agent still didn't get back to me with a ref #, as its 3 days already since 29 nov. I cannot find pink shoe laces for kids anywhere. So my daughter cannot even wear the tommy's due to a poor quality riffled shoe lace! Which means my money is being wasted. Regret even buying shoes from them.
