Order a lace wig and still waiting

Hi,
My wife ordered a Lace wig from Hair Extensions represented by Ruanda Venter, phone 0722616971 and email address [Email Removed] The wig was ordered in March and we paid R 2500. At the beginning of May we enquired about the Wig and Ruanda told us that due to the post office strike the order was delayed. We then tried to follow up with her through emails, whatsapp and smses but she havent responded to any of them. We can see she is active on Whatsapp but we are not getting any answer from her. We also tried to call her but she does not answer any phone calls. Please help.
