Keep SMS's me and when I phone I get no feedback

I keep getting an sms for SAMultiLoan account not being paid and that I should contact 012 940 1680. Every time I phone this number I get through to Ver-tex Solutions. When I explain that I dont know about this account and that I need proof of what this is for, they then say that they will get the information and forward it to me. Today I phone and instead of being told they will get the information, I am transferred to the accounts department and the call is dropped.

I dont appreciate that I am being threatened with further action on each sms I receive, however, nobody can send me more information.

The call centre people whom answer the phone are always mumbling, unclear to the point where I cannot even hear what their name is and I have to strain my ears to hear what they are saying due to all the background noise.

I appreciate that there have to be debt collectors, but really, start with having people whom speak clearly and a call centre that can furnish you with the information requested.

I am sick of receiving sms's for which I know nothing about.
