Very unproffessional

I got a call on my cellphone today, when I answered someone introduced herself as Fiona and started demanding that I go pay my account, I asked her to specify which account, and she kept saying I have been promising to pay the account, finally she said its an exact account, and I realised she was looking for my sister, I tried explaining to her that its not me she is looking for, and she said if not why is my number on their database and me and my sister are the same, we must pay the account, saying we are both on ITC and so on, she was so rude I couldn't believe it, for a moment I thought it was a prank, she just dropped the call in my ears, then I called back the number and I could hear the receptionist very well but I guess she couldn't hear me as she started screaming that I should start talking if I wanna be helped... what kind of company is that? is that a circus or what? I pity people who pays their accounts there... Is that how debt collectors should speak to debtors? and according to NCA aren't you supposed to confirm the account holder?
