Product-Glimmer stick starry night blue

Good day, i have sent a report to Avon a few days ago about a product i bought, i did not receive any response, the complaint was about a product i bought twice, an eye glimmer stick- starry night blue, with the first one i bought and used till it was finish, i noticed that with this particular colour i always ended up with swollen, red sore eyes, never thought at the time that it was the product, always thought it was my allergies acting up.when the product was finish, i replaced it by buying a new one and bought the same colour as i loved the colour, same thing happened when i used it the other day i ended up with red swollen eyes and discontinued its use immediately... i have used the eye glimmer stick blackest black and other eye pencils from avon before and have never experienced any problems with those products except this particular one and i have been using Avon for years and this is the only product that has been doing this... is there something wrong with this particular product
