Triangle Couriers
INCORRECT QUOTE & BAD ATTITUDE

I called Triangle the afternoon of 15th January 2013, I asked Mario for a quote. Mario "where from" I tell him Cape Town. Mario "where to" I say Knysna. He quotes R94. I phoned back later in the afternoon with all the specifics of where to collect & deliver i.e the physical addresses. Mario was busy so I spoke to a male colleague and after providing him with all the specifics he tells me it will be another R150. I asked what for and he says because collection is from a shopping centre. Surely I cant be held responsible for the fact that its an additional R150 as I phoned earlier for a quote and was told R94. Surely the onus with the provider of the quote to ask the correct questions before providing a quote. I tried to convey this to the very rude gentleman who raised his voice and would not let me speak. He is of the opinion that even though they quoted incorrectly I should have know to specify that collection was within a shopping centre. How I was supposed to smell that I am not sure. The call was ended abruptly and badly from his side at Triangle. I have used Triangle many many times but will not ever bother to use them again with this attitude!!!
