Car Audio Rip-Off!

I went to Fourways Car Security & Sound to replace the front two speakers on my Jeep. I sat in the car with Nick the manager, who then told me he would put new speakers in for me at R850. I then asked which speakers and he said Kenwood or Sony. I was told to wait in reception.

About 20min later I went into the workshop to find that they were fitting cheap Pioneer speakers. I enquired with Garreth about the Pioneers and took a photo of them. Garreth told me to go back to reception. About 20min later Nick came in and told me they had finished installing the Kenwoods and I was given the invoice for R969. When I asked what about the Pioneers Nick said that they weren't as good as Kenwoods. I showed him the photo and he mumbled something and walked away, I asked the counter staff if there was a reduction in price (I had already paid) and they said they can't do anything.

I went up to Hifi Corp and found that they were selling the same Pioneers including installation at the SAME PLACE for R450. I phoned Nick and asked for a refund and he refused saying I can tell whoever I want, I can "go wild" before hanging up the phone.

These guys are blatantly misinforming and ripping people off!
