After making arrangements on my account with your establishment and this being excepted, i suddenly received a debit on my account which sparked this complaint.

Your staff need serious training, they have no way with communicating with people who are educated, sorry to say that they are far from intelligent. Well from experience I know that sum debit collection agency's buy of the Debit or are handed the debit to reconcile from a financial institutions and they employ "untrained" people to try and recover this money's on a commission base as part of their salaries. We'll its clear that your staff are striving very hard to earn a wage and during this strive they forget people skills and just see rands floating in front of them, seeing that your company is in the Cape hope you pay them a little more to come to Durban and learn the real people skill's. Your staff including sum senior are not fit their title. Oh and buy the way since when does an account get "kicked out" as per your staff member? this is the first that i have heard of, an arrangement is an arrangement, teach your staff that not to demand their commission they are all a bunch of k.u.n.t.s.
